7 Simple Laws of Money Energy

We don't like to talk about money. But most of us want more of it and that somehow feels wrong

Money is nothing more than any other energetic source that you either attract or push away. Many people have had, or continue to have, the habit of pushing money away, while simultaneously working hard to get more, to get ahead. Why?

At t an early age you were given mixed and confusing messages about money. That's about to change. Discover simple energetic laws bringing more of what you want to you.

Spiritual Crisis

If 'Nothing is Written in Stone' then what is reality?

What is a belief? Are beliefs real if they can change from one moment to the next? Where do beliefs come from?

This week I found myself questioning much of what I profess to believe in.

Am I having an existential or spiritual crisis? I don't think so.

When Opposites Attract, Wonder Happens

An introvert and an extrovert walk into a bar, or bedroom...

The extrovert can not shut up. The introvert just wants silence.

You would think that this type of relationship could not possibly work out, but the law of opposites makes it ideal. Ideal if each side acknowledges and respects the needs of the other, while honoring their own.

The introvert and the extrovert are both parts of you. Both need to be acknowledged. Opposites within are as necessary as those we experience outside ourselves.

Just as the dark night sky allows stars to brightly shine through, compassionately acknowledging your inner darkness (such as anger) allows your inner light (such as forgiveness) to shine through.

Opposites Attract! But just what will acknowledging and honoring your internal opposites attract into your life?

Intuitive Nutrition, Unconscious Eating

There is an orange and a chocolate candy bar sitting on your kitchen table.

You've just finished eating lunch and you are ready for dessert.

Your goal is to eat as nutritiously as possible, and maybe lose a few pounds.

Do you choose the orange or the chocolate candy bar?

Most people would obviously choose the orange. Right?

Then why do you so often go for the candy bar, or both? Why do you knowingly choose the food that is less nutritious and more likely to lead to unwanted weight gain?

What is Your Pain Telling You

Your body is a bridge that carries you from your inner life to the outer world. This suggests that your pain (physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual) has something to say to how you perceive your life.

It is offering you a place to explore change. As I've often said, and experienced, nothing changes if nothing changes.

Name your pain. Is it physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual? Do you want to experience a shift in how you experience this pain in your life?
