Turn Your Dreams into Goals into Reality…

It is important to know the differences between goals and dreams. Why? Because it is easy to get sucked into the dreaminess of dreams.

That's great if you are happy in that place. If not, you might want to acknowledge the difference between dreams and goals and see how that shifts how you choose to move forward in creating the life you want.

Revisiting Forgiveness

I am revisiting forgiveness because it's on mind so often these days.  I am in want of some deep self-forgiveness. Writing about it helps immensely. Forgiveness always involves forgiving oneself. Forgiving oneself is often harder than forgiving someone else. "Just because it's hard doesn't make it bad." A wise friend once said that to me at a very challenging time in my life.  I hear her voice saying those words to me as if she were beside me right now. Is forgiveness always right? Are you able to breath into the fears and the joys this roller coaster ride brings you? […]

There is a difference between intentional simplicity and forced deprivation.  Intentional simplicity brings peace of mind and joy.   You can choose simplicity, how? […]

Letting Go of Blah-Blah Blogging

I’m tired of the usual concept of blogging. So many people writing so many words.

I am typically a person of few words. Words were never meant to convey our deepest feelings. Well, maybe poems or brilliant short quotes.

So I am letting go of writing long blah-blah blogs, in order to focus on simplicity,
