Goal, Transformation, Saying Yes

Learning to say ‘No’ to what doesn’t make you happy, leaves more time to say ‘Yes’ to what brings you greater joy. This is simply an act of good self-care.

How you spend your days, is of course, how you spend you life.

How are you spending your days?

How would you love to be spending your days?  This day?

Are you constantly experiencing FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) which leads you to spend more time with people and in situation that don’t match what you want?  (See blog post on FOMO vs JOPMA.)

Do you find yourself always making excuses for why you are canceling or rescheduling meetings, dates or appointments that you never wanted in the first place?

Learn to say “No” when it involves being in a situation, or with a person,  that is emotionally or psychologically toxic to you.  Transformation, Saying No

If you have said yes to situations that don’t support you or your dreams and goals, learn to back out gracefully by being honest and clear. It’s really okay. You might make someone angry, but you didn’t want them in you life anyways. Now you have time to spend your days in situations and with people you want to.
